Forecasting a Contingent worker in Projects - R12.2.2 Incorrect Rate

Hi

While forecasting a Contingent worker in Projects, We expect the rate to be picked up from the PO but the rate seems to be picking up from the rate schedule. 

We are in R12.2.2 and Integrate Purchase Order option is selected in implementation option and also the contingent worker is associated to the PO and PO Line in the HR People maintain screen. In the Purchase Order, Line type is as well chosen to the Fixed Price for the temporary labor. I expect the rate to be picked up from the PO but the rate is still picking up from the Job associated to Contingent worker in the HR Screen.
