No beginning balance after the application p07390 is run

I run the application Year-End Rollover (P07390) and in table F06146 the field of Hours beginning Balance (alias BHBB) was updated, but when I use the application PaidTime Off Inquiry (p053020) I don’ t see any value in the field of beginning balance. I  have set table F06146 in Processing Options of P053020. Any ideas?
