R12.2 Inventory Parameter form is missing the EAM Enabled box anyone know how to make it display?

I am setting up the Inventory Parameter on the Inventory org and when I select the Inventory Parameter form the EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) enable box is not there.

I am unsure how to get that to display I've been searching the web and metalink with no luck.
