MS SQL Server 2005 to 2012: Check List

Hi ,

We are currently using Siebel 8.1.1.11 and we only wants to upgarde database server only i.e (MS SQL Server 2005 to 2012) and I would like to know from all you that what are the objects(Pkgs,procedure,tables..etc) which needs to taken and what the exact process which is involve to upgrade ?

Please could you share your expeirence  ?

Existin system specification mentioned below :

Windows 7 (32bit)

Siebel 8.1.1.11

SQL Server 2005
