Copy a data from header block to line block in OAF form

Hi SMEs

We have a requirement in 11i i supplier. User entered the ASN shipment number while creating advance shipment notice. Same needs to be copied to Bill of Lading field. how can achive this through personalization. Any thoughts sharing would be appreciated.
