E810 after build server and client package deployment

Hi,  my user has build and deployed a server package and client package..But found out the same program id 's field name description has not been changed correctly in terminal server...fat client's one is showing correctly...

do i need to clear JDE cache or DD global file ?

pls find attached picture and advise ....
