R12.2 HR Can someone tell me how I can change my security profile to a global security profile?

I am doing some setups in a test instance and created my organizations and inventory organizations but they are showing up in the security profile I want it to be in the global security profile.  I tried to remove it from the security profile but it won't let me do that.  Then I tried to create it in the global security profile but it says it already exists in the security profile.

Hoping someone can give me some ideas on how to fix this.
