Legacy to AR Customer Conversion

I am trying to create a customer master from legacy systems and convert to Oracle AR customers (using 12.2.4). I need to know what the customer fields in Oracle are, which ones are mandatory and which ones are not. I would like to create a customer data model. Is there a list of all customer tables and fields? ( Customer, Site, Site Use...) Added information, I will be loading the customer data using More4Apps.

Not sure where to find this documentation..

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
