Patches related to Techstack home in Oracle Applications R12

Hi,

We have applied PSU patch on oracle applicaiton database R12. Patch No: 19791427

Please give me the below clarification.

1. Are there any CPU patches needs to be applied on database?

2. Are there any patches need to be applied to tech stack home in applications?
