Regarding WMS Rules and Split

Hi Gurus,

Need help on following requirement

1. We have both  Bulk and Rack Locations (Locators in Picking Area)

2. All our items are having UOM Conversions

3. Sales Orders are created in Big Quantity say 1220

4. We create deliveries manually and split delivery lines

Spliting is by Pallet UOM Conversion

Line   20

All other Lines of 100 assuming 100 is Pallet UOM

Now Delivery has 13 lines and expected to create 13 Move order lines when we do pick release

5. allocation Mode is Strict to Pick UOM

6. One of Bulk has mutiple lpns (any ways we are allocating LPN)

7. System is splitting tasks  even enough onhand is available
