Does the Cluster Health Monitor replace OS Watcher?

The CHM is installed by default for GI 11.2.0.1 and greater installs. CHM docs say this is an extension of OS Watcher capabilities. For servers with GI 11.2.0.2 and later installed do I need to install OS Watcher or are OS Watcher capabilities included in CHM?
