DB crashed with ORA-00240 and ORA-00239

I could see below errors in the alert log file.

Errors in file /usr/local/oracle/log/demp/admin/diag/rdbms/demp_c0orademand01p/demp/trace/demp_arc0_30087.trc  (incident=211601):

ORA-00240: control file enqueue held for more than 120 seconds
