Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Acme Packet (MOSC)

connection to sbc 4250

If we try to connect via SecureCRT to a remote sbc after inserting username and passowrd the sbc display this message:

Could not open terminal session channel.

Reason: The channel could not be opened becasue the conenction failed

It is the method we were always using to connect to sbc... Is there something we can do to solve...?
