Accessorial cost based on wait time

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hi,

We have a requirement where we need to calculate accessorial cost based on wait time. Wait time will be known after shipment has been picked up. Can you configure the gap between the carrier arrival time at facility and carrier actual pickup time at the facility and use that to calculate the wait time cost on the shipment . Let me know if there are any ideas to achieve this in OTM.
