System Baseline question

in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) Question

Hi all ,

As RDF guide indicates , the System Baseline is a forecast generated on past sales data that contains no promotions (that is, normal demand given no causal effects). I use external baseline so when i create the Workbook this measure contains the values of the external baseline .( attached pic1)

However i noticed something strange in Forecast Approval Workbook when I followed the override from higher level approach. System baseline is the same as the system forecast ( attached pic2).

Has anyone else noticed the same before ? i am using version  14.0.1.0.901. Does anyone  know if this was designed like that ?
