How to update the Cost Center value in the charge Account distribution ( For Inventory Item) when cr

Dears I need your help to implement the following;

How to generate or update the account number Segment: Cos Center from employee setup.

Please see step:

1.  Employee:  XXX  Setup Accounting Information (Default Expense Account) Segment: Cost center = 99999

2.  Item Master : Item A > Setup Expense Account. Segment Cost center = 00000

3.  I've  created a requisition: Select Item A. System generate account Segment: Cost center= 00000


I need to generate account Segment: Cost center = 99999?
