Tracking and reporting on .Spend types

We have funds/budgets for different spend types (Rebate, Growth Incentives, Co-op Allowance, Listing fees and so on ... ) with specific GL codes and promotions (offers) for those spend types,  I wanted to know what feature in Trade Management can i use to track spend types ... can a budget and offer be identified as falling under a specific spend type
