Not Able to create ADI template for FA additions

I am in the process of implementing the FA module for R12.1.3. .Evrything is working fine except web ADI.I think I need some specific internet/System settings . When I am pressing the next button on web ADI page it is not doing anything.I am getting a small error at the bottome of the page saying completed with error.

Cna somebody please help on this ?
