Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 Recommended Patch Collection 2 (RPC2) (Doc ID 1920628.1)

After applying RPC per note "Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3  Recommended Patch Collection 2 (RPC2) (Doc ID 1920628.1)", Do we also need to apply the product specific recommended patches "EBS: R12.1 Oracle Financials Recommended Patch Collection (RPC), Aug 2014 (Doc ID 954704.1)"?

RPC2 contains patches for HRMS and CRM as well. Therefore, will it be sufficient to apply only Prodcut specific patches per note 954704.1? we do not want to apply anything for HRMS and CRM. How do we avoid that while ensuring all the Financial and SCM modules are updated.
