CTI Toolbar is not loaded correctly - File log out is not available

Hello,

we face the following problem. When users log in via citrix the toolbar is not loaded correctly and the following message is displayed:

This target list operation is not configured to support the current applet. Please contact you Siebel Administrator if you wish to enable this operation on the applet (SBL-SIS-00204).

We have two sites with agents and only at the one site they face this problem. The users of this site log in via Citrix.

We have checked our servers and we found that one of our servers was run out of space. We reboot the machine however problem still exists. Do you have any idea? We haven't changed our implementation since last sunday.
