b7334 Deploy package failed in 64bit win7

Hi, my user has changed to win7 64bit and tried to deploy new package but encountered errors in JIT installation...

pls see attached for the screenshot and jdeinst.log

they had done reinstall VC++ 2008 compiler and reinstall JDE client several time but still cannot deploy the update package to the client. Please advice
