Costed date VS transaction date in discrete AVG costing

Hi ALL -

Discrete Organization with AVG Costing

Suppose the following scenario

Item  X    AVG cost    in    1 - DEC - 2014   =   10

                                 in     2 - DEC - 2014  =    15

IN 3 - DEC  i wast to create issue transaction for item X in 1-DEC-2014  -- this transaction is taking price = 15

- Is there any way to make it use the transaction date cost instead of creation date cost ?
