Siebel Innovation Pack 2014 TOIs (Transfer of Information) available

in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC)

Customers with Oracle Support contracts have access to TOIs via My Oracle Support:

Access via My Oracle Support.

There are several access routes.

1. Click on the Knowledge tab. In the Knowledge Links section, select Tools and Training and scroll to TOI Online Training

2. Search for Article ID 732026.1, entitled Get Proactive - Oracle Applications TOI (Transfer of Information) Online Training

3. Use the Direct Link: https://support.oracle.com/CSP/main/article?cmd=show&type=NOT&doctype=SYSTEMDOC&id=732026.1

On the TOI (Transfer of Information) / New Features Online Training page, the customer can click on their desired Product Line to access release training arranged in product category hierarchy format.
