What browsers can by used for Financial Close Manager (ARM)?

Users trying to access Financial Close Manager/Account Reconciliation Manager using Internet Explorer (IE) 11 and Google Chrome are experiency issues accessing web pages. One error message that they are receiving is "This product could not be displayed because you are using an unsupported browser. Contact your system administrator." What browsers are supported? The Oracle_EPM_11_1_2_3_Tunning_Guide_v2 only mentiones up to IE9 and Firefox.
