IPROCUREMENT - RECEIVING ITEMS DUE

Hi Guys,

Is there any way which i can get the following form to search for Items Due in the Last 90 Days.

I have added the value Last 90 Days in the lookup but it seems the SQL behind this form might need to be updating/changing for this to work ?
Can anyone advise ?
