Anyone else having problems generating requisitions from Work Order Parts?

Hello Community,

When entering parts on WO using P13730, we expect to get requisitions created for non-stock items.  This should be using the P43060 to generate the requisition.  Sometimes, the order does not get generated.

Unfortunately, there is no error message.

If we kick start the process again, then it will work, so I don't believe it is data related.

Help appreciated.
