openssl not in the local zone

in Oracle Solaris System Administration (MOSC) Question

Hello Team;

I have a solaris 10 zone configured on  Generic_144488-05 sun4v Sparc SUNW,T5240 .  The global zone has "openssl" and "gcc" installed but NOT on the local zone..

question:  Can I run openssl on the global zone to create ssl server key file for creating ssl certificate?? - I have web server on the local zone and I need create SSL certificate for the this local zone?    OR do I need install openssl and gcc on the local zone as well. If I do; then what is the sun package name in order to down load from some where and install it..
