DUPLICATE COGS RECOGNITIONS EVENT AND DUPLICATE COGS RECOGNITIONS TRANSACTIONS

Hello,

We have two problem：

1.Some COGS RECOGNITIONS TRANSACTIONS produce duplicate COGS recognitions event against the same transaction ,which lead to generate duplicate accounting.

This problem occured intermittently, we cannot reproduce it.

2.DUPLICATE COGS RECOGNITIONS TRANSACTIONS

When we run three COGS RECOGNITIONS requests every time, it will generate duplicate cogs recognition transaction.

These duplicate COGS transactions with no accouting and the costed_flag is yes.We need to solve this problem and clean the duplicate transactions.
