Not able to create account using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER after BRM 7.5 PS10 installation

We have installed PS10 on our env and after that we are not able to create the account using opcode PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER.

We are getting below error in the opcode execution.
