Not able to install eclipse for OSB

Hi,

Currently i am using 10.3.5 version of weblogic and ofm_osb_generic_11.1.1.7.0 version of osb in my system .

I want to install Eclipse to work on OSB.

I have downloaded below two versions of eclipse but getting below error

1) oepe-wls-indigo-installer-11.1.1.8.0.201110211138-10.3.6-win32.exe

2) oepe-helios-installer-11.1.1.7.2.201103302044-win32.exe

Error :

"could not extract the archive error code 50"

I have symantec  antivirus install in my system.Tried to disable antivirus and then install the exe file but getting the same error.

I also tried below eclipse versions (Both are direct exe no installation file) but OSB plugin is not exists in these.

1) oepe-indigo-all-in-one-11.1.1.7.2.201104061504-win32-x86_64
