Error "oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.icx.por.schema.server.XXTBPoRequ

Hi, while extending EO, we are getting error "oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25002: Definition oracle.apps.icx.por.schema.server.XXTBPoRequisitionLineEO of type Entity Definition not found". We have placed class and xml files in respective folder, imported customization and bounced the system but still error did not go. Kindly help to trace the issue. We are on Oracle release 12.2.3.

Also, this issue started happening after we upgraded from 12.0.4 to 12.2.3
