Oracle Restart vs Oracle One Node

Hi,

1. Is there any dictionary view in the database that may show me that I am connected to Oracle Restart database?

2. How can I recognize with dictionary views that I am connected to Oracle One Node database?

3. srvctl config database will show me if the database is RAC or RacOneNode. Is there similar way (out of database) to find out that I am working with Oracle Restart?

All above is for scripting, the simpler check the better. Thank you very much.
