how to install and configure 2 EBS Apps tier in active-active mode with 1 Database tier without RAC

Hi Expert,

I m stuck with load balancer scenario with 2 EBS R 12 apps tier in active-active mode with 1 database tier and don't know how to configure apps tier in active-active mode with 1 Database tier.

my EBS version :     12.1.1

Database version:     11.1.0.7

OWC version:          10.1.2 ( standalone)
