Report for replacement details in Exchange scenario

Hi,


Business requirement to have a report which gives In warrenty replacement details in Exchange scenario.

i.e - Fresh item sale to customer as A under warrenty of 18 month.

During 6 Month it received back from customer due to failuer A

User give replacement as B(Ship Line)   against  A (RMA Line )

B again failed after 2 months and return from customer.

User give replacement as C(Ship line) against B( RMA Line)

C again failed after 4 months and return from customer.

User give replacement as D(Ship line) against C(RMA Line)

Report needs to provide such back tracking of any serial number which is under warrenty and returned by Customer.
