Slow response on Shared Application Tier R12

Dear All,

Application R12.1.3  shared Applciation Tier , PCP 2 nodes

DB 11.2.0.2 RAC ASM 2 nodes

OS : RHEL 5.5

$uname -a

2.6.18-194.el5 #1 SMP Tue Mar 16 21:52:39 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

$ rpm -qa ocfs*

ocfs2-tools-1.6.3-2.el5

ocfs2-2.6.18-194.el5-1.4.9-1.el5

Storage : EVA4400

We have SharedApplication Tier on Our Production Environment file system type ocfs2.

we are facing performance issue . When we query ls -l   or when we start Application services it takes more time to clear gantt/ folder .And whenever we do ls in any folder of many file which is in Shared Tier  its responses very slow .
