Colombian Localization for AR: Required Fields in Customer Form

in Receivables - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi community,

When the user is creating a new customer and selected Country = Colombia in the Account Site Address, the fields Address Line 1, 2, 3, City, Province, State, State Code, Postal Code appears required.

The fields Address Line 2, 3 and province must be not required, how can i do that?.
