Unable to do the refurbishment in DR

Hi Team,

Need your kind advice on the issue where we are not able to do the refurbishment against one of the S/N. I have attatched the error screen and the S/N details. We checked and found the S/N is showing in the on hand availability in inventory and also in IB its location is showing as type "inventory"

Please advice us on this issue at the earliest.
