Manager Layout / Screen Sets Issue --6.2.6

Recently we have  cloned from production to clone system and we are facing few issues with Manager Layout's/Screen Set's.

For instance In simple ready to ship screen of Order management  ShipFrom/ShipTo locations are not getting loaded with data  and Line Item information is also not getting loaded into the screen.

We have also  checked 'OB_ORDER_RELEASE_INSTRUCTION' & 'OB_LINE' table's taking one order base id in common and checked in both environments We  could find data in production but not in clone system.

For cloning we have followed standard method given by Oracle in    'Doc ID 1313815.1
