Anyone experience a problem with PSSYSTEMID table after upgrade to CRM 9.1?

After and upgrade "move to production" pass we noticed that the incorrect values are in the table.  More specifically, the values from the source database instead of keeping the target database values, thus causing duplicate syncid to be added to tables?  If so how did you resolve this?
