Does this impact OEM ? Incorrect TLS padding may be accepted when terminating TLS 1

Recently (yesterday, 8th Dec 2014) we have seen public articles related to CVE-2014-8730. That is "Incorrect TLS padding may be accepted when terminating TLS 1.x CBC cipher connections. (CVE-2014-8730)". Any idea - whether OEM is impacted? if yes, what is the solution?
