ODC Losing pages

We have ODC installed with OFR and have found that on occasion, ODC loses pages from batches before they get to OFR.  A batch with multiple pages will split into multiple OFR batches, or conversely, ODC batch will split into multiple batches in OFR and lose a page or more.  We do not use Commit Server so cannot use those logs, but it happens occasionally and we received no resolution from an SR.  Has anyone had this issue or have a resolution or another way research the problem?
