Correspondence > Generated Document Should be attached to SR Attachment
Hi,
We have a requirement of Attaching a Generated Document to an SR Attachment, Below is the scenario:
>Goto SR
>Select a Record
>Click on File
>Click ->Send Letter
>It Navigates to Correspondence View
>On Correspondence List Applet User is creating a New Record -->Selecting required Template in the record and Clicking on "Generate" Button(SR Number is Joined field here)
> "Generate Button" is generating a Document in "Generated Document" Field -> Document Status is Set to Complete
The Requirement is: The "Generated Document" should be assigned to "Service Request Attachment"
Is there any Out of Box functionality to achieve this?
