supplier schedule generated with zero values after upgrade to 12.2.3

We upgraded to 12.2.3 from 12.1.3 and this problem started after that.

We use supplier scheduling to generate supplier schedules.Post upgrade to 12.2.3 the supplier scheduled get generated but with all zero values.

We run push plan information from ASCP to push the planning data to source - tihs is pusing the data properly in the nackend tables

We the run the Planning autoschedule program in supplier scheduling - this builds the supplier schedule but on running now in 12.2.3 it generates a new schedule with all zero values.

Has anyone seen this issue?
