What are the tables affected on the shipment receipt?

We have receipt which shows abnormal quantity example: qty_expected =2 but qty_received = 100K. This has been affected both in SIM as well as RMS. We would want to fix this abnormal quantity receipt quantity in both SIM and RMS. We do not want keep this excessive quantity in our  system. This receipt message has been sent from custom WMS and consumed by RMS and SIM.

We are thinking to reverse the receipt quantity, does it resolve our issue? If so we would want to know the tables affected upon shipment receipt.
