unable to get suitable proxyip for client

Running Solaris 11.2, OC 12c.

Seems I may have balled up something in the proxy controller settings, but not sure what.

I was going to rename the host and re-ip it.  It didn't like that.

I put the original hostname & IP back, but now I can't Provision an OS - I get a pop up when I submit the job that says:

I've looked at this until my eyeballs are falling out and still have no clue.  Can anyone help?
