oracle duplicate

I want to duplicate my DB to a spearate server to recover some data that form a data file that has reported block corruption.  I am using  10g R2 SE1. so i can't do block level recovery  My alert log says that i have corrupted blocks in only two tables and a couple of indexes.  I have recreated the tables form an older duplicate to get us up and running.  I am currently running the command "backup validate check logical database" t5o see if i have anymore corruption than i think.  My question is i want to do another duplicate
