E1 9.1 P76M001 Mexico Legal Concepts for Witholding

Hi Community --

According to the help on the field for Legal Concepts (Alias=M76LCON) in the P76M001 (F76M001), "this field stores the Legal Concept.  It is a code defined by the Mexican tax Authorities." Does anyoen know where these codes can be found?  I have googled and have not been able to come up with a list.  Will it make a difference in any of the reports created if we mke up our own codes?
