Is it possible to accrue based on net order line amount for an Accrual offer

Hi

The business scenario is to accrue based on the net order line amount after off-invoice discounts/allowances, and promotions are applied

So if order line amount is $100, and there is a off-invoice discount of 10$ + a pickup allowance of 5$, then the accrual should be on $100 - $10 - $5

Can this be done using an accrual offer. If not, how can this be achieved.
