Puble API for modifier creation - how to add details to the modifier line

We are using the public API for modifier creation. Our current version needs to be expanded to add product details to the modifier line, specifically into the QP_Pricing_Attributes table the 'product_Attribute_context", the "Product_Attribute", the "Inventory_item_ID" and the 'Product_UOM_Code'

Any assistence would be appreciated.
