Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Difference between 8.1.1.0 and 8.2.2.0

We have our present Siebel call center and marketing application on 8.0.0.9 , now we are planning to move to either 8.1.1.14 or 8.2.2.14.

We would like know if 8.2.2.14 has siebel call center and marketing , if yes , then what is the difference between 8.1.1.14 and 8.2.2.14.
